About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced RN Case Manager supporting patients receiving care for Traumatic Brain Injuries at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. The role coordinates specialized care and supports recovery for the military community. It is a full-time opportunity, typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Three years of RN Case Management experience within the last four years.
- Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or another PWS-approved credential).
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care for patients with traumatic brain injuries.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate follow-up services.
