About The Position

This role involves leading patient care by delivering holistic, high-quality nursing care that aligns with the highest clinical standards and organizational protocols. The nurse will drive care planning by initiating, implementing, and continuously monitoring personalized patient care plans, ensuring they are effective and adapt to changing needs. They will also coordinate the team, serving as the central communication link for all disciplines—from physicians to specialists—to ensure a unified and seamless care journey for every patient. Practice vigilant monitoring by accurately observing, recording, and promptly communicating changes in patient conditions, acting quickly and decisively on clinical insights. Finally, the nurse will ensure continuity by expertly managing and executing physician and nursing orders while proactively coordinating all elements of a patient’s discharge plan to support successful transitions of care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
