About The Position

Cottage Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Per Diem Cardiac Rehab RN . This role offers a flexible, as-needed schedule and the opportunity to play a key role in supporting patients through their cardiac recovery and overall wellness journey. In this position, you will conduct initial patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress throughout their rehabilitation. You’ll work closely with providers and the broader healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care, while also serving as a positive role model for healthy lifestyle practices.
