The Cardiac Cath Lab /Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse monitors patients throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures in a fast-paced, highly specialized procedural environment. This role requires strong critical-care skills, with ICU, ED, or Cardiac PCU experience preferred, and the ability to work seamlessly alongside a multidisciplinary team of providers, technologists, and support staff. Registered Nurses must be flexible and comfortable transitioning between cardiac cath and IR cases as needed, bringing clear communication, adaptability, and sound clinical judgment to a unique procedural space that is distinctly different from traditional bedside nursing. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of ICU, ED or Cardiac PCU experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Strong critical-care skills, with ICU, ED, or Cardiac PCU experience preferred
