About The Position

As a Registered Nurse Behavioral Mental Health, you will provide medical oversight, care, education, and guidance to the youth in your care. Performance will be measured by individual outcomes, achieving targets/goals, contribution to the overall program team/department, and buy-in to the organization's culture. A typical day involves medication administration oversight, medical file record keeping, responding to client medical needs, and working directly with the psychiatrist to provide professional nursing care. This is a PRN position, requiring a minimum of 2 shifts per month.

Requirements

Valid Driver License.
Meet credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department.
Associates Degree in Nursing or related field.
No minimum # of years of relevant professional experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
License as an RN in North Carolina.
Must be available to work as needed on Day, Night, and weekend Shifts.
Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
