Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience as a registered nurse health care facility required.
  • Currently licensed to practice by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Successful completion of Crisis Intervention Training (CPI), including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint, immediately following employment and prior to performing patient care.
  • Must pass a medication administration exam.
  • Complete a basic developmental and age specific training.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred.
  • Experience with children/adolescents preferred.
