Rock Valley Community Programs offers transitional and supportive housing, as well as addiction and mental health treatment services, to adults in the Rock County area. We provide these services to homeless male veterans, clients connected to the criminal justice system, and outpatient care to anyone needing assistance with addiction and/or mental health treatment. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides immediate, compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health crises. This role focuses on rapid assessment, patient stabilization, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring in a high-acuity environment. The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, therapeutic interventions, utilizing de-escalation and trauma-informed approaches. Strong clinical judgment, crisis response skills, and a commitment to patient safety and dignity are essential.
