Join our Behavioral Health Clinic, where RNs play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that supports the whole person. In this collaborative outpatient setting, you will triage patient phone calls, manage the message center, coordinate medication refills, develop patient safety plans, assist with Emergency Detention Orders, and administer select injections while partnering with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (or >2 years relevant clinical experience with CNO approval)
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
