About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Annual Wellness Nurse is responsible for performing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare fee-for-service patients in a clinic setting. Medicare Annual Wellness Visits are recommended annually. The Annual Wellness Nurse may rotate among several clinics performing annual wellness visits. The Annual Wellness Nurse must be flexible and be willing to help in other areas of the clinic if the need arises. The Annual Wellness Nurse performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the Mission and Values of Hattiesburg Clinic. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduation certificate from an accredited RN school of nursing, required Current state licensure, required IV certification ACLS certification BLS/CPR certification, preferred QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Highly organized and detail oriented; particularly in regard to time managementAbility to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks as well as the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of EMR, medical management and policies and procedures WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Requirements

• Graduation certificate from an accredited RN school of nursing, required
• Current state licensure, required
