About The Position

The Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse is a key member of the OB/GYN Care team, responsible for phone triage, patient education, appointment scheduling, prior authorizations, prescription refills, referrals, and care coordination. This role offers a hybrid schedule after training, combining onsite work at the OB/GYN South office in Indianapolis, Indiana, with remote work from home.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA) OR three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana.
• Three years or more of nursing experience required.
• OB / women’s health experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team skills.
• Compassionate and caring.
• Accountable and self-directed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred.
• Phone triage experience a plus.
• EPIC experience a plus.
