About The Position

This is a 100% FTE, Day shift position with no weekends or holidays, primarily located at the Eastpark Medical Center. The role involves working with the geriatric population in a fast-paced clinic setting. Responsibilities include telephone triage, assisting patients with complex healthcare needs, and hands-on patient care. The clinic offers both primary and specialty care, with subspecialties such as Falls Clinic, Memory Clinic, and Geriatric Assessment Clinic. The position requires strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• 6 months of RN experience Required
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

• Enjoys working with the geriatric population
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• Relevant RN experience Preferred
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
