About The Position

This position is for a professional practicing in a multi-faceted domain of specialty nursing that focuses on the healthcare of individuals, families, groups, communities, and entire populations. Care is provided in primary and specialty care outpatient facilities, non-acute community outpatient settings, and during telehealth nursing encounters in medical offices or by individual nurses in the home or business. The role involves authority, accountability, and responsibility for nursing practice, making decisions, and taking action consistent with the obligation to promote health and provide optimal care, recognizing that health is a universal right. The nurse interacts with patients in concert with other health professionals, skillfully using the nursing process to assess primary concerns, identify problems, analyze and integrate subjective and objective data, decide on a plan of action, apply appropriate interventions, and evaluate outcomes.

Requirements

MN and WI RN License
Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire.
Ability to obtain WI nursing license within 3 months from hire date.
