About The Position
Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Phone Triage Registered Nurses to support an Advanced Care/Primary clinic. This RN plays a critical role in assisting patients and creating successful outcomes by triaging calls and coordinating patient care. This role is focused on telephonic patient triage and clinical decision support.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross only)
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls and priorities
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with Allergy injections is preferred
Responsibilities
- Schedules and conducts allergy testing ordered by physicians.
- Schedules ongoing immunotherapy.
- Gives scheduled injections and monitors for reactions.
- Works with the EPIC charting and Inbox system.
