About The Position
Trinity Aging Life Advisors is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team as an RN Advocate in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on working closely with clients to advocate for their medical needs and safety, making a meaningful impact in their lives. The position offers a flexible full-time schedule with competitive pay, bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and time and a half pay.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree and active Ohio license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- 10 years’ experience in nursing
- Solid MS Office skills; experience with EMR systems.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information while working with persons with dementia and mental health conditions.
Nice To Haves
- prior ICU, Geriatrics, Hospice, or Home Health experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and leadership competencies, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, and results orientation.
Responsibilities
- Be main point of contact for clients
- Visit and assess clients in their home
- Conduct medical analysis
- Help manage medications
- Oversee home health and home care providers
- Attend doctor visits to be our client’s advocate
