Registered Nurse Administrative Supervisor RN Per DIem
About The Position
At Johnson Memorial Hospital, the Administrative Nurse Supervisor provides overall on-site nursing and administrative support for the hospital. This role involves responding to emergencies, addressing patient and family concerns, managing staffing, and supporting the nursing staff. In this role, you will support the overall hospital clinically and administratively, collaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in the delivery of patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
- Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
- BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
- Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required.
- ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire.
- FCCS and CPI/NCI within one year of hire date.
Nice To Haves
- BSN graduate preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN degree preferred.
- Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.
