Requirements
- Current, unencompere RN license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Ability to pass a color vision test (accommodations available).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg is a huge plus, but not required!
- CNN/CDN certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff to monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Oversee patient care with the support of dedicated Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
- Master and deliver complex inpatient therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
