About The Position

Provide professional nursing care for patient(s) and respective family according to established standards and practices. This role involves collecting comprehensive data, analyzing assessment data, identifying expected outcomes, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress. The position also emphasizes professional performance standards, including collaboration, leadership, and continuous learning. Responsibilities include direct patient care, documentation, adherence to ethical codes, quality improvement initiatives, and managing patient situations with compassion and respect. Additional duties include adhering to hospital guidelines, maintaining current knowledge, attending staff meetings and mandatory training, and demonstrating age-specific competency in patient care.

Requirements

2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing from a state accredited school (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license

4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
1+ years Nursing Experience (Preferred)
