Requirements
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- BLS required upon hire.
- ACLS, PALS, and TEAM or TNCC required within six (6) months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one (1) year RN experience preferred.
- Experience in a Level III or IV trauma hospital preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Acute Care (medical-surgical) setting.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and under the direction of the Charge Nurse.
- Deliver care in accordance with established professional standards, organizational policies, and best practices.
- Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring mobility and adaptability.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
