Registered Nurse Acute Care/Med Surg DAY shift
About The Position
We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care/Med Surg DAY shift team. The Acute Care unit is a 33-bed unit that provides multiple levels of care to acute and chronically ill patients with a variety of medical/surgical diagnoses. Starting January 1st, 2025, Acute Care will implement a new annual retention bonus program. This program will provide a $10,000 retention bonus to each Acute Care RN the month following their anniversary month of working in Acute Care, each year through 2026. This bonus is for FTEs of 0.9 and above, with 0.6-0.89 FTEs being pro-rated. PRN nurses are not eligible for this bonus. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 1 year of nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
- Eligible to work in the United States. (Visa sponsorship is not available).
