Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State.
  • Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing and have one year of professional nursing experience or college level nursing education.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, document, and direct the clinical care carried out by professional and paraprofessional nursing personnel in compliance with applicable nursing standards of care and practice.
  • Assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' medical and psychiatry needs with a focus on providing the highest patient-focused quality care possible.
  • Serve as the liaison between our patients and their families to educate them in regard to the treatment plan.
  • Develop long-term therapeutic relationships with our patients.
