The nurse will supervise patient transfers and admissions, assess patient needs holistically, and evaluate nursing interventions. Teaching and assisting nursing staff with new techniques and equipment is also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Assesses assigned patients and evaluates plans to include documentation of nursing care.
  • Reports symptoms and changes in patients’ condition and vital signs.
