About The Position

Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse 2 Mohs to join their Dermatology MOHS Clinical team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves applying the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including education and continuum of care planning. The nurse will effectively communicate patient information to the healthcare team, collaborate on patient goals, and evaluate progress. The position also emphasizes professional growth through continuous learning. Key responsibilities include collaborating on the plan of care, coordinating and implementing care delivery, and anticipating patient needs. The nurse will analyze patient information to determine nursing diagnoses, continuously evaluate patient progress, and apply appropriate interventions. Additionally, the role involves employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Additional duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
