About The Position
Rosewood Village – Greenbrier is hiring Registered Medication Aides (RMAs) for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Requirements
- Current Virginia Medication Aide / RMA certification
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-focused
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Nice To Haves
- Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or LTC experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with medications according to Virginia guidelines
- Accurately document medication administration
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Work closely with our nursing and resident care teams
- Provide compassionate care in Assisted Living and Memory Care
