We are seeking a talented Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a massage therapist required
  • Graduated from a recognized Massage Therapy College in a minimum 2200 hour program
  • Must be registered in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association in Alberta
  • All professional licenses are to be current
  • CPR and First Aid certification is required
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including but not limited to: Frequent standing and walking throughout shift, Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, Occasional ascending or descending stairs and ramps
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform all massage, body and applicable add-on treatments offered on the menu according to protocols
  • Discovers guests’ needs and makes appropriate treatment and home care recommendations
  • Presents a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
  • Adheres to a high professional image standard, such as dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle
  • Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
  • Assists with linen stocking, laundry and spa cleaning
  • Maintains treatment room inventory and other organizational tasks
