About The Position

They are seeking qualified casual Registered Health Care Aides (RCA) to provide outstanding care to private home care clients. The role involves standard home care duties such as companionship, personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and assistance. Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Health Care Aide
• Valid registration as a Health Care Aide in British Columbia (mandatory)
• Proficiency in completing basic documentation using a smartphone
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Valid CPR certificate
• A clean criminal record check (mandatory)
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with personal care and medications
• Conducting light meal preparation and homemaking services
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with medical escort services
• Assisting with medication management
