Requirements
- P.E. certification
- 5 + years HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing Design experience required
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Knowledge of procedures for design and the production of construction documents
- A thorough understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of mechanical planning, layout, drafting, and detailing is preferred
Responsibilities
- Work independently as Project Engineer on industrial, educational, health care and commercial facilities projects.
- Focus on HVAC, fire protection, piping, plumbing and temperature controls projects.
- Participate in planning, cost development scheduling and coordination with utilities, communication systems, structures, machines, equipment and processes.
