Requirements

  • P.E. certification
  • 5 + years HVAC, Mechanical Piping, and Plumbing Design experience required
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • Knowledge of procedures for design and the production of construction documents
  • A thorough understanding of AutoCAD and REVIT

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of mechanical planning, layout, drafting, and detailing is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work independently as Project Engineer on industrial, educational, health care and commercial facilities projects.
  • Focus on HVAC, fire protection, piping, plumbing and temperature controls projects.
  • Participate in planning, cost development scheduling and coordination with utilities, communication systems, structures, machines, equipment and processes.
