This position is responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic procedures, including EEGs, ECGs, and PFTs, as well as assisting with specialized procedures such as bronchoscopy. Ensures accurate patient monitoring, documentation, and reporting while identifying and resolving technical issues and maintaining diagnostic equipment and laboratory standards. This position requires a strong commitment to patient safety, infection prevention, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include accurate electronic medical record documentation and billing, equipment maintenance, participation in department projects, and providing training or supervision of sleep trainees as assigned. The position may require on-call availability based on departmental needs.
