About The Position

Skyview at Bridgeport is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to support residents in Bridgeport, Nebraska. Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited dietetics program (ACEND/CADE approved)
Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Active state licensure in Nebraska.
Commitment to continuing education and professional standards
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams

Experience in long-term care or clinical nutrition

Responsibilities

Provide nutrition services across Skyview at Bridgeport
Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and document findings in the electronic medical record
Develop and adjust care plans based on clinical data, including labs, weight trends, intake, and diagnoses
Deliver nutrition education to residents, families, and staff
Partner with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams to support resident outcomes
Maintain compliance with CMS, federal, and Nebraska state regulations
Support multiple locations as needed, with flexibility built into scheduling
Contribute to quality improvement efforts and survey readiness
