About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join WelbeHealth in Stockton, California. In this role, you will lead and coordinate nutrition services for a senior-focused patient population, developing individualized nutrition care plans that support overall health, wellness, and quality of life. Working as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team (IDT), you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists, and caregivers to address the unique nutritional needs of older adults. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $74,000 to $98,000 annually based on experience, along with bonus potential and equity opportunities.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential in good standing.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience directing or managing nutrition services in a healthcare, senior care, or similar clinical setting.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with frail, elderly, or geriatric populations.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Certification required.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally as needed.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience collaborating within an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in PACE, geriatric care, senior health, long-term care, or community-based healthcare programs.
Knowledge of nutrition management for chronic disease conditions common among older adults.
Experience developing and implementing nutrition education programs for patients and caregivers.
