About The Position

Nutritious Lifestyles is actively hiring for a Full-Time Registered Dietitian in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma region to join their team of over 200 RDN's, NDTR's and CDM's. The ideal candidate will be passionate, possess a positive, "can-do" attitude, great communication and excellent customer service skills. They should be open to in-depth training, excited to grow professionally, and committed to improving the quality of life for residents in long-term care facilities. This role is suitable for new RDs or RD2Bs and offers comprehensive training and support.

Requirements

• A Registered Dietitian License (RDN) -OR- A Oklahoma State Dietitian License (LDN)
• Provisional License is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Guide residents' nutritional care.
• Work with MD, OT, ST, Nursing & Nutrition Services team.
• Be a key part of the IDT team.
• Do thorough nutrition assessments.
• Document weight, wound, renal & tube-fed residents.
• Conduct Quality Assurance audits.
• Administer nutrition focused physical assessments.
