About The Position

Tri-Cities Community Health (TCCH) is seeking a passionate and driven Registered Dietitian to join their Care Team at the Pasco WIC, Behavioral Health, and Dental Care site. This role focuses on promoting healthy birth outcomes through pregnancy and the postpartum period. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for determining program eligibility, conducting nutritional assessments for individual clients, and performing home visits to evaluate the adequacy and appropriateness of nutritional plans. TCCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care services to underserved populations in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and surrounding areas, guided by their core values of Quality, Respect, and Service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field, required
  • Current WA State Dietitian Certification, required
  • Current registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Commission on Dietetic Registration, required
  • Current WA State driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, required
  • Expert knowledge of therapeutic nutrition, nutrition education methods, and competency in working with diverse clients, required
  • Expert at engaging and motivating clients to change nutritional habits and behaviors, required
  • Ability to travel locally, required

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience, preferred
  • Proficient in English and another language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, or other) preferred
