Responsibilities
- Nutrition assessments and patient care planning.
- Educate patients regarding nutrition to promote wellness.
- Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists.
- Provide nutrition support in rehabilitation and healthcare settings.
- Help improve patient outcomes using “Food as Medicine”.
