DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian/s for skilled care communities. Candidate must be able to complete onsite visits Monday-Friday during regular business hours. This position requires approximately 16 hours a month. The role involves improving the lives of seniors by ensuring their meals meet high nutritional standards. You will work closely with the clinical team to monitor the nutritional needs of the residents, providing nutrition education, working on an MDS with the team, and formulating nutrition assessments with input from the dining manager. With a commitment to quality, you will provide guidance on all dining services, including meal rounds and sanitation best practices, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. You will share your dietary expertise by training and providing guidance to dining managers and staff, as well as assisting with policy development. It is also your responsibility to monitor the implementation of effective nutritional care systems.
