About The Position
Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in a rehab hospital setting. This is a PRN position with flexible hours based on facility needs and coverage.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
- Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
- Criminal background check
- TB screening
- Drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Tennessee and Georgia licensure preferred
- Previous hospital or clinical nutrition experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Identify and monitor patients at nutritional risk
- Provide nutrition education and counseling as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
