Requirements

• RD2Be/RD Eligible candidates.
• Graduating dietetic interns-No Experience Needed.
• Entry-level candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care
• Experienced RD's are welcome
• Strong communicators eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments, identify malnutrition risk, and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy for geriatric, rehabilitation, post-acute, and veteran populations, including nutrition support and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and dietary teams to improve patient outcomes through interdisciplinary care.
• Manage nutrition consults, educate patients and staff, and help improve health outcomes through the power of Food as Medicine.
