Requirements

• RD2Be/RD Eligible candidates.
• Graduating dietetic interns-No Experience Needed.
• Entry-level candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care
• Experienced RD's are welcome

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments, consultations, and follow-up evaluations.
• Provide individualized nutrition care plans and 1:1 resident consultations.
• Manage nutrition care for residents with dialysis, tube feeding, diabetes, cardiac conditions, wound healing, weight changes, and other complex clinical needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
• Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high-quality nutrition care.
• Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve residents' quality of life.
