About The Position
Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This interim position is expected to be approximately 8-16 hours per week, with an anticipated start date in mid-September 2026 and a duration of 10–12 weeks. Additional PRN opportunities may be available following the interim assignment, if desired.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
- Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Criminal background check
- TB screening
- Drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
- Complete MDS assessments and care plans
- Monitor weights and nutrition risk
- Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
- Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
