About The Position

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This full-time position offers approximately 40 hours per week, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule based on the needs of the facility. Part-time and PRN opportunities are also available.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Criminal background check
• TB screening
• Drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
• Complete MDS assessments and care plans
• Monitor weights and nutrition risk
• Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
• Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
• Onsite visits completed during weekdays
