About The Position

University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time Registered Dietician (RD) or Registered Dietician Nutritionist to join our clinic in Emeryville, CA. This position involves a 40-hour work schedule, including 36 patient-contact hours and 4 administrative hours. Appointments will encompass both individual sessions and group sessions. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and offers a hybrid work schedule, with the home clinic based in Emeryville and occasional travel to Tri-Valley and South Bay clinics. The scope of practice is broad, with a priority focus on Obesity & GLP-1 Specialist Care, and also includes Chronic Disease and Medication-Related Nutrition, Gastrointestinal and Specialty Nutrition, and Diabetes Care and Education for a diverse, adult (18+) patient population.

Requirements

• Registered Dietician (RD) or Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Ability to work a 40-hour a week schedule, including 36 patient-contact hours and 4 administrative hours.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Tri-Valley and South Bay clinics.
• Experience working with a diverse, adult (18+) patient population.
