About The Position

CareOne at Brookline is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dietician for its long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing facility. This role offers a balance between life and work with a new career opportunity. The salary range is $70K - $90K annually, with compensation based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule. The Registered Dietician will be responsible for coordinating the nutritional care of residents and patients, including completing nutritional assessments, participating in care planning meetings, providing nutritional counseling and education to residents and families, and meeting DOH/state/federal and company standards. This position requires independent performance of duties without training or direction.

Requirements

• Registered Dietician licensure within the state of operations
• High comfort level with enteral nutrition
• At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting
• Experience with MDS 3.0
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic charting and the Nutrition Care Process
• Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments
