About The Position

Action Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Dietician to provide nutrition services for patients within the hospital. This role involves completing nutritional assessments, providing consultations and education, analyzing patients' health status and goals, and tracking dietary intake. The Dietician will also consult with patients, families, and the treatment team, complete electronic medical record documentation, and provide nutrition information to Food Service Director/Managers. Compliance with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet accrediting agency standards is required. The position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work remotely after an initial on-site training period.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited college or university with BS in Dietetics and or Nutrition
Must be Registered Dietician (RD) with the National Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics
Must be a Licensed Dietician (LD) with the State Of Texas
Must possess excellent verbal and written skills necessary to communicate with Physicians, staff, patients, and patients’ family
Must comply with immunization requirements
Must submit to required drug test
Must submit to required fingerprinting
Must complete facility required training - 10 day training on-site required in Big Spring

Responsibilities
