Registered Dietician
About The Position
CareOne at Livingston (SNF) is seeking a Registered Dietician to join their team. The Registered Dietician will be responsible for coordinating the nutritional care of residents and patients, including completing nutritional assessments, participating in care planning meetings, and providing nutritional counseling and education to residents and their families. The role requires meeting DOH/state/federal and company standards and performing duties independently. Requirements
- Must possess Registered Dietician licensure within the state of operations
- High comfort level with enteral nutrition
- At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting
- Experience with MDS 3.0
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronic charting and the Nutrition Care Process preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments
