About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Registered Dietician to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Walnut (Los Angeles County) and the surrounding areas. As an independent contractor, you are your own boss and can control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas. You determine how much you earn by the number of patients you decide to treat. Our team provides administrative support including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance. You will observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition, and determine the plan of care. Our Electronic Medical Record system is extremely intuitive, making documentation a breeze. Many clinicians complete documentation during the visit. You will join a group that shares your passion for helping people and have access to patients through our innovative app Cliniconnects to accept or decline patients in seconds.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Dietician program
• California Registered Dietician license to practice
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Smartphone

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Determine the plan of care.
• Complete documentation using the Electronic Medical Record system.
