About The Position
A hospital outside Butte, Montana, is seeking a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join its Diagnostic Imaging team. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position in a collaborative healthcare environment serving a diverse patient population. The sonographer will use advanced ultrasound technology across multiple specialties at a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital recognized for clinical excellence. The position offers an hourly pay range of $34.04–$45.38 and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology program.
- ARDMS certifications in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current compliance with continuing medical education (CME) requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Breast certification.
- Adult Echocardiography certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and related imaging procedures.
- Manage daily sonography operations, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure quality imaging and accurate diagnostic information for providers.
- Monitor equipment performance and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care.
