Requirements
- A registered dental hygienist licensed in California

Nice To Haves
- Experience with Airflow therapy for biofilm management
- Experience with Periodontal endoscopy, including perioscopy
- Experience with Laser-assisted periodontal therapy
- Experience with Intraoral scanning and digital workflows
- A hygienist interested in continued growth, advanced technology, and potentially expanding beyond traditional hygiene responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Periodontal and peri-implant maintenance
- Scaling and root planing
- Biofilm management and patient-specific home-care instruction
- Comprehensive periodontal charting and clinical documentation
- Collaboration with doctors on periodontal treatment planning and disease management
- Education regarding periodontal health, dental implants, systemic health, and long-term maintenance
- Reviewing health histories and periodontal findings
- Helping prepare patients for comprehensive examinations
- Reinforcing doctor diagnoses and recommendations
- Helping patients understand treatment timing, sequencing, and next steps
- Supporting continuity from diagnosis through active treatment and maintenance
- Assisting with patient communication surrounding periodontal and implant procedures
