Registered Dental Hygienist
About The Position
The practice is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join an established, professional, collaborative dental team in Kalispell, Montana. The role focuses on exceptional patient care, preventive care, patient education, and lasting patient relationships, without high-pressure sales. Hygienists have one-hour appointments and 1.5 hours allocated for half-mouth scaling and root planing (SRP). The position offers a four-day workweek with full-time or part-time scheduling flexibility and pays $45–$53 per hour, depending on experience. The team consists of eight staff members. Scrubs are laundered at the office. The only additional benefit offered is an IRA with a 3% employer match.
