Requirements
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital charting and imaging systems

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including cleanings, sealants, fluoride, and non-surgical periodontal care
- Perform periodontal charting and maintain thorough documentation
- Take and interpret digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and the connection between oral and systemic health
- Build long-term relationships with patients rooted in empathy and trust
- Partner with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth, patient-centered care
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
