About The Position

Mynt Dental in Franklin Park, IL is seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist. This role offers competitive compensation, a signing bonus, and uncapped monthly bonuses. The position involves delivering preventive and periodontal care, co-diagnosing with the doctor, completing charting and radiographs, educating patients, maintaining records, and adhering to infection control protocols. The clinic operates from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays. Appointment lengths are generous, with 60 minutes for new patients/recalls and SRP, and a manageable patient load of 7-8 per day, emphasizing thorough care over volume.

Requirements

• Active Illinois RDH license in good standing
• Ability to administer local anesthesia

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope
• Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams
• Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans
• Educate patients on their treatment and home care
• Maintain your clinical notes and treatment records
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
