Requirements

Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Ontario
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Experience with dental software and electronic health records
A compassionate, patient-first approach to care
A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
Someone who believes in treating patients like family

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional preventive dental care, including scaling and polishing
Assess patients' oral health and identify signs of periodontal disease and other concerns
Take radiographs as required
Educate and empower patients with personalized oral hygiene and home care instructions
Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants when appropriate
Assist in developing treatment plans and maintaining accurate records
Collaborate closely with our dentists and team members to provide seamless patient care
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene and preventive dentistry
Maintain the highest standards of infection prevention and patient safety
