About The Position
Since 1965, Peace Country Dental has been proudly serving the Peace Country Region, welcoming patients from far and wide—even from the Yukon and NWT! We’re deeply rooted in our community and love providing modern family dental care in a relaxed, rural setting. We offer a wide variety of dental services, from general care and implants to Invisalign, plus visits from specialists. Our goal? Delivering a great patient experience while giving our amazing team the opportunity to enjoy a healthy work-life balance and all the beauty Peace Country has to offer! Our bright and comfortable office is located in Dawson Creek Medical Dental Building at #201, 816 103rd Ave, and we’re open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexible 4 to 5-day work weeks. Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm. No weekends and no evenings! Our purpose is to provide the best care for our patients. Requirements
- Completed a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
- Registered and in good standing as a Dental Hygienist in your province
- Valid CPR certification
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch clinical preventative hygiene care, including scaling, polishing, fluoride, and more
- Educate patients on preventative techniques and guide them towards better oral health
- Build lasting relationships with patients by delivering a personalized, friendly, and professional experience
